I've had this phone for about 1 year. Im a teenager and I got this phone because it was cheap. It is very durable and simple to use. The only thing is that lately it shuts itself off by itself and it hasn't let me see my address book even after i reset it. I'm waiting to get a replacement hopefully it is just my phone with this problem. Overall it is a good phone and the battery life is awesome.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, long battery, well designed keyboard
Cons: Not high def, adress book won't open
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone for the young crowd or those looking for basics-got one for my 10 year old. The slide out keyboard is very nifty and easy to use. The operating platform seems dated to me and quite limited (I use a smartphone) but suitable for my son. Pictures are pretty good and it even has recording video features.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the design and easy used of this phone, but since this is my 2nd phone since july 11, its not my favorite right now. My phone keeps powering off. Sometimes it comes back on and other times not. I don't like that it will cut off in during conversation, nor when you pick it up to make a call and the darn thing has turn off. So now they are sending me another one of these phone as of 4/2/12. I hope this one doesn't do this since att says that you guys has no problem with these phone. I am not satisfied with the result so far.
Thanks
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, it powers off
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Defected Problems with everything
on April 16, 2012

I have used this phone for over a year now and im already onto my 4th replacement. Each phone has the same defect. I take very well care of my phone, but these defects make it impossible to use. The top part of the phone that slides between standard numpad and QWERTY keyboard is very problematic. every past replacement of this has been defective. The top part becomes offcenter, and its become so bad that when you close it, it goes past the area where it allows you to lock it and is stuck in the keyboards landscape view. Not only is that a problem but the buttons on the top face of the phone incliding the dirctional buttons and call and end call buttons do not work. I have been stuck with using the QWERTY keyboard for everything and it is the same for everyone in my family. Not only this, but the phone just loves to reset itself! This phone is terrible and if they just fix these problems i might think itd be an okay phone to use
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, defective, shuts off randomly, ends calls, buttons don't work, restarts randomly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this phone at first worked really well. The texting was good, the games were good, everything was good. Then I found that even though it was fully charged, the phone died. I have yet to get a new phone, but when I do I hope it isn't this one.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, works when it will
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, committed suicide
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model has failed twice
on May 3, 2012

I had this model for about 4 months and it worked fine except it would turn itself off randomly. Then over the next month that happened more and more. I would have to watch and wait to make sure a text was sent because it would turn itself off while sending. When the phone froze while I had an incoming call and wouldn't allow me to answer I traded it for a new one, same model. Now I've had that for about 3 months and it's starting the same cycle as last time. Now I miss calls because I have no sign that it's turned itself off and I'm missing alarms as well.
Other than this the phone is great, the slide-out keyboard is nicely sized and easy to use. The display is nice and the photos acceptable for what it is. But none of that matters if the thing won't stay on, I have to check it throughout the day to make sure it's on or I'll miss calls and texts.
Not good.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, easy to use
Cons: turns itself off, freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
