You can make calls on it with clarity, the camera and video are decent with a good bit of memory space. Has is quirks

phone reboots when dialing or receiving calls. make a call and people cant here you or you cant here them.

Problems and limitations

I've been trying to do things following the tutorials step by step. Some doesn't work like they should, i.e, copying contacts from SIM to Phone and viceversa. It doesn't have the Reject List feature which simpler Samsung models have.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Other than the phone being a lot smarter than I am I do like it. My only complaint is that the phone doesn't come with an owners manual. It's only available online. I'm a hands on person and don't like having to go to the computer every time I need to know about a feature on the phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

It doesn't matter how many features a phone has if it won't make calls. Signal level is MUCH worse than my old phone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, it doesn't make calls, basic support fail
