I only rated "overall" and "features" as good because I don't really know what I'm doing yet. I'm a bit on the older side and am sort of behind on technology. As I become more comfortable with the phone, it gets easier to use. I have depended on much younger people to help me out!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, not to difficult to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the phone because it has a conventional phone keypad, so for normal use, it is a very familiar feel. But the slide-out full keyboard makes messaging and browsing much faster. I miss things my old phone had, like snooze on the alarms, but it is a very capable phone for everyday use. The first weekend using it on a trip with a lot of roaming, the battery life worried me, but it seems ok now that I'm home.
Pros: Inexpensive, 2 real keyboards
I would recommend this to a friend!

keeps freezing

I like the phone except the fact that it freezes or turns off all the time. Have to keep taking the battery out and putting back in, at least once a week.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, keeps freezing up

Where can you download and use PC studio software so you can use the calendar and address book features. Got the link from Windows when I connect the phone using USB with my win 7 laptop but never works. Another minus is the locking of the phone. When I want to make a call or text I have to unlock the phone every time what a pain. Press Unlock press OK Press whatever.
Pros: Inexpensive, slider keyboard
Cons: need to unlock phone, poor software design

it keeps shuting on and off has any one else seen this with there phone

My first phone with text/talk. Phone works fine so far. Turns out for an older guy like me, the slide out key board buttons are quite small. Depending on the day & how good my hand/eye coordination is that day, I may or may not be able to text easily. Can't afford to change phones. Will live with it till next contract date.

So far no problems at all, don't use internet by my choice but messaging, calls, and blue tooth are all very easy to use.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
