While the impression only lasted about 13 monhs, I believe this one will do better because it doesn't have a touch screen

Worst Phone I have Ever Had

I've only ever had Samsung phones - very loyal to the brand. I think they are good quality & good features. When I saw the Evergreen - I got excited. Unfortunately, it has not even remotely met my standards. The first phone I got would make calls at all. They replaced it with this one, but it still doesn't work right. My spouse & I both have this phone & we're both terribly unhappy. We drop calls with each other all the time. When we do actually (finally!) make it through to each other, the clock shows that the call time is running but we can't hear anything. The sound profile resets all the time on its own, so if we set it to vibrate it will just change to silent whenever it wants. This recycled phone really had us excited. A for effort, as they say, but it just doesn't work when executed. I will say that the battery life is long. But what good is a long battery if you can't make calls? Really unfortunate.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, dropped calls

I do not recommend this phone to anyone, especially if you have small children. The reason I say this is that the phone has a habit of shutting itself off. So when you go to call the doctor or get a call from the school about your children, you can't without turning the phone back on. My phone company tried to tell me it was the cell towers in the area, but noone else in my house has this problem. People also have trouble hearing me when I call them, so I end up having to call 2 or 3 times, or wait for them to call me back, which a Dr's. office won't. To save yourself the frustration, look at a different phone as this one will not be there when you need it to be.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations, turns off by itself, poor sound quality

the wrong phone to buy

I have returned at least 3 of these through warranty.The calls drop.The internet keeps coming on with every ended call.City id runs on its own.By far the worst phone ive ever owned.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I am extremely unhappy with this phone ... we have 2 and I would get rid of it if I could.

Good but not lasting long

I really liked this phone, but after 3 months of use, I noticed it shut off randomly, as well as not be able to send text messages, it would say "initializing" then close the screen. The battery would not charge. I bought a new battery and 1 month later it is starting to shut itself off randomly again. This one phone may be defective but other than that I love the model.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, not touchscreen with keypad, data plan not required
Cons: problems with battery, problems with messaging
I would recommend this to a friend!

NICE SIZE BUT THE QWERTY BOARD IS A LITTLE HARD TO WORK WITH. BUTTONS FEEL FUNNY SO YOU GOT TO BE RIGHT ON THE LETTER BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE LITTLE PUFFED UP LUMPS.

This phone is good for texting. That's about it. It's difficult to hold and answer calls. The menu items are hard to find and not readily available without searching for them. There are almost no accessories available or compatible. I was really disappointed. As far as price, I'm not sure about the value because we got this as part of a package deal. I guess you get what you pay for.
