good value with simple plan

i just wanted simple phone, but stil sometimes it iwll connect to Internet (unwanted) etc. It's hard to find phone like that that works internationally. This phone was good value though.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight

Software is buggy and phone shuts off randomly

The software is buggy and phone will turn itself on and off without notice, which is a huge annoyance, especially when expecting a phone call or emergency. I have not received several important phone calls because the phone had turned itself off without me knowing. Turns itself off when sending text messages. Freezes up constantly. Two other people at my work have the same phone and the same problems. Never had a phone this bad.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is no manual included. No drivers/support are found on the website. A disk was included to download manual, when you select the topics you want to find out about, the web site does not exist where it tries to take you.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really Great Phone

We own 3 of these in my family. We bought one for our teenage daughter, because she is HUGE into texting, and when my wife's and mine phones were were up for upgrade we got ones for ourselves. The only thing that I'm having issues with is the way that the text features work, after having used another phone for 2 years. I really like the phone, and the way it works, and am glad we have them. My provider was even good enough to easily allow us to disable certain features on our teen's phone to reduce our costs and possible overages, and keep her identity secure.
