Great player, will buy another

Fast loading compared to others in the same category. Remote is easy to use and buttons are laid out well for dark room use. Scaling from DVD to 1080P exceeded my expectations. I have had it since June 08 and run at least 3 movies per week.
This is a high quality, straight and to the point player. We are purchasing a second unit for the bedroom.

Have the unit one year and just found out this unit will not play the movie "IRON MAN" customer support says they are working on it. Now what do i do with a $30.00 dvd?
