As a professional chef I am proud to have Electrolux in my professional kitchen. I was so impressed with the quality of the products that I re did my home kitchen with All Electrolux appliances ....Dishwasher, cook top, wall oven, combi microwave oven. all equipment preforms wonderful. If you go to Europe you see Electrolux in 90% of the professional kitchens and 65% in home kitchens. America is just starting to see the quality of Electrolux. Great products. Some "home cooks" have trouble cooking on the cook top because they do not understand the knowledge behind it. My question to them is how many pots and pan do you burn on the cook top compared to the previous cook top? The answer is not many. As far as the speed and power of the convection oven it is rotating much faster then other convection ovens installed in homes . So you have to play with it and get used to what setting is used for what. .

Loved the oven until the hidden heating element failed after only 4 years. My local serviceman says can't be fixed because liner is warped and Electrolux doesn't make the liner anymore. Expensive piece of junk. Buyer beware
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
