I will never buy another GE product again. We bought this out of desperation since we needed a fridge replacement immediately. It is extremely noisy and is heard throughtout the house. There is no light in the upper freezer part. Bottom drawers are cheaply made and do not move easily. PURE JUNK>

It makes a lot of noise. You can't adjust the shelves. The flat glass panels are impossible to take out to clean spills.

It came with townhome purchase and had problems from day 1. After 5 times coming out to fix they finally are giving me new one. I'm sure it's a great frig but I really can't rate it now.

This refrigerator has all the features we were looking for.
My main concern is three different salesman at three different stores all told me that today's refrigerators (as well as other appliances such as washers and dryers) are intentionally designed to fail after 10-12 years. In the past, I had appliances that lasted 20+ years! Why can't manufacturers offer long-lasting appliances at extra cost for those who want them? I suspect the things that have been cheapened could easily be replaced with quality parts for VERY little extra cost but manufacturers instead want to sell us new ones more frequently.

Brand new fridge, looks nice on outside, NO room on inside. Can't fit milk jugs, or pitchers
