Crappy drawers

We've owned this frig for 2 years. We have replaced the bottom shelf twice, because the drawers keep falling off the track. No matter the weight or even if it's empty. It's the worse design. Spent 65 for a new bottom shelf and it still does it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The fridge Loog good but limited features

The freezer space is not as large as expected, based on the size of the fridge. The fridge also keeps knocking out the breaker.

Freezer useless

This fridge only has temperature control for refrigerator and freezer only kicks in when the refrigerator does. Food in freezer gets frost all over no matter how little food you have in there. Can’t keep ice cream in the freezer, it’s always too soft.

If your ice cream is too soft, you may need to experiment to determine the best temperature control setting to keep your ice cream at the right serving temperature. The coldest location is typically at the rear of the freezer. Great value

I like the fridge much more than I had thought I would. Large produce drawers. Ice maker included. Beautiful slate finish. It is a little loud at times

This appliance was installed today. So far it works well. I don't know about the ice maker yet but, I'm sure it will be super. Fridge is roomy!

I ordered two appliances, GE Refrigerator Model # GIE21GTHFWW and GE Microwave Model # JNM7196DK6WW, installed 6/4/2021. Microwave was installed properly and operating great, 5 stars no negative issues. Positives for the refrigerator: large storage space in the doors and the refrigerator compartment. Setting the temperature control to the recommended setting, temperatures are perfect. Ice maker works properly. Refrigerator looks good in my small kitchen. Negatives: refrigerator noisier then expected while running, I can live with it. I would have preferred a light in the freezer section and a split and adjustable top shelf in the refrigerator, but I knew it was not available when I ordered, maybe in the future models. I gave the refrigerator 4 stars. Refrigerator required the doors to be reversed, extra cost. After the delivery men left, I noticed the doors were not aligned properly and one of the screws appeared to be stripped or misaligned, poor workmanship by one of the delivery men, not the same person who installed the microwave. I gave the delivery 2 stars. After looking at the warranty, under WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Improper installation, delivery or maintenance, may be used as excuse not to send someone out to adjust the doors. I will call customer service anyway after it has been in operation for about two months, who knows they may send someone.

My refrigerator has many issues and when calling the lady on the other end could care less. I had to make an appointment for a tech to come out and that is in the future! ANd a 4 hour wait time!
