I had to replace my refrigerator quickly and what a bad decision I made! The shelves are not adjustable and a bottle of juice or milk has to go on the door. The temperature adjustments are at the top of the refrigerator and always in the way of putting something on the top shelf - not to mention that I am afraid I am going to break the light bulb. The worst feature is there is no light in the freezer - you need a flashlight to find anything. I have multiple GE appliances which I like very much, but this one is not good!

only place for gallon contrainers is on the door and only room for one. the rest have to go on the top shelf where is is very difficult to maneuver them in and out. freezer iced up inside, even though the seal is strong. motor is very loud while the freezer is running. ice container does not fit right so ice spills down the back onto the bottom shelf unless you turn it off when the container is half full.

Annoying Fridge

I've never hated a refrigerator before. I had to get rid of my old one which seemed fine to me. Only because I had an audit and they suggested i get a new one (covered by the program). I am stuck with this fridge, which has had frost build-up since day 1. I actually saw snow fall in side the fridge..in the back where the air flow comes from above. The shelves aren't adjustable and I cannot fit the average size cartons or bottles on the top shelf. The photo shows it looking perfect with just one milk and one juice stored on the door, but I have a family of five; we've got cider, two types of milk, other juices, egg white cartons---all of which I have to lay down. The big control center on the roof of the fridge takes up so much space as well. Also, my old fridge could fit 18 eggs in the egg holder...not this one. Plus in order to keep doors closed properly, all food has to be pushed back beyond the shelf line to accommodate the wide door shelves. The top freezer shelf has a gap in in to accommodate an ice maker? I don't have an ice maker, so this gap allows food to fall behind to the bottom, so I had to buy a storage bin to cover the gap. If I could trade this in, I would.

The fridge is overall ok. The shelves are not tall enough so i have to lay down the sodas which makes them flat. So i had to remove one shelf so i can stand my sodas

The refrigerator sold to me to replace the Ge Profile one I purchased that was deemed irreparable is not close it does not have internal water supply the ice maker does not have a filter. The inside is cheaply made > You can place a magnet on the stainless steel and it stays it is not supposed to on stainless. It does not come close to matching the other appliances that were purchased with the original refrigerator

Refrigerator is OK

We bought this refrigerator in February, it took over three months to come in to the appliance store for delivery. It makes a lot of noise. The shelves don't slide out, I'd prefer if they did. The shelves also are not easy to adjust and the adjustment choices are limited thus limiting what items can be placed in the box portion of the refrigerator, forcing some things to be placed on the door only. Don't like that. Worst thing of all is the ice maker design. As the ice falls, or is supposed to fall, into the ice container in the refrigerator, a large portion does not make it and it falls behind the ice bin into the bottom portion of the freeze. Big design flaw. Very poor design. I hate it. Also, there is not enough lighting in the refrigerator. No light in the freezer, terrible. And, only one bulb in the refrigerator. Ok in the summer with long days, but awful in the colder months with short days. Can't see what is further back in the freezer or refrigerator sections. Too expensive for the very basic simple features it offers.

I received my refrigerator as a way to conserve energy. But it's not like my previous fridge. It lacks space and ability to rearrange to make more space
