Brand new but broken

Bought a newly built house with brand new appliances from builder, and refrigerator ice machine is not working. Small compartments, draws feel like they will break easily. Wish I had the choice to return and pay the difference to upgrade to a french door bottom freezer draw model.

This came with our new home from the builder. Does not seem like very good quality. The SS exterior seems less than the quality I had previously and the drawers are very cheaply made. If I were to buy another GE product on my own, I would pay the extra and get the GE Profile - much better quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
