this product came with my new house - I've had repair out twice - water dispenser leaks and it tick-tocks on and off 24/7 - kept a guest awake all night and also wakes me up

I purchased last year in November 2014 when delivered it was damaged had to wait til January 2015 for the replacement.

The water fill tube on the door is angled and water comes out toward the left side. It is also angled back so when you try to fill a glass and remove the glass the water goes down the side and onto the drip plate and the floor. A small thing but very annoying!

Keeps food cold

Purchased new home. GE appliances installed. This refrig keeps food cold and produce fresh and crisp. Love the filtered water. Would give s five but only item that needs improvement is ice dispenser in front. Ice dispenser may can be tweaked a little so that crushed or regular ice can be kept from flying all over the place. I learned through tech to hold glass up close to dispenser. This helps but depending on size of glass ice can still escape. No biggie. Refrig still v good and recommend

LOVE IT !

We bought this one because #1 it is American made and it is the upgrade to the one we bought 15 years ago. It is designed about the same way. Love the pull out shelves ! Our old one did not have that. We will only buy American made.

It is making very loud noises and of course we're just outside of the 1 year warranty. It is a shame that GE will not back up their products better than this.

Basic but nice

I've had this refrigerator for 2 years now and it was a nice upgrade from the last one. I mostly enjoy the ice and water panels and the store drawers in the fridge are decently made. It is mostly plastic and has glass through out. Don't expect alot but it is well made
