Damaged Items received due to lack of proper shipping

Shipped in the factory box with only small sheets of light cardboard separating the pots/pans form each other. A pot and a pan arrived with broken handles. I have sent 4 emails since arrival with information but feel I am getting the run around. Phone number provided but doesn't work.

Worst cookware I have ever purchased. Absolute garbage and everything you cook sticks and these are brand new. NEVER again, i'll stick better Paula Dean or Rachael Ray cookware. I ordered these open line so they will be going in trash today and I will replace today or tomorrow! Word od advise. . . . do not buy this manufacturer.

Worst cookware I have ever purchased. Have to use cooking spray or your food will stick to the skillets. Lightweight and cheaply made. My first and last purchase of this product. It is NOT nonstick.
