I would not buy this product again

I received the 15 piece cookware set in the color of purple from my sister for Christmas in 2017. On every one of the pans on the bottom the metal or whatever it is has come off and it is now scratching up the top of my cooktop stove.. I have followed all of the directions regarding how to keep it in good condition but nothing has worked. On the bigger pots that have hardly ever been used there is some metal flaking but not much but on the pots that I use all of the time as well as the frying pans, this isn't the case. As this was supposed to have a lifetime warranty you would have thought that it would last a little. I will be setting out to find a cookware set that will last longer as I can't afford to replace my stove but rather I can replace the cookware set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Starter Set

I got this set of pots as a gift for my daughter who is setting up a new home. The price was reasonable and I trust the Farberware name. As with any set of non-stick pots, you need to be careful when you use them - I told my daughter to only use the provided utensils and not to overheat the pots and pans. There is nothing like rinsing and wiping out a really messy pot - it's so nice not to have to use elbow grease! We chose the blue ones - they add a pretty accent to her new kitchen. Thank you, Farberware, for providing yet another generation with good starting pots!

I just bought this set and was so happy to finally have a matching cookware set in a pretty color (aqua). My very first time using the fry pan, the bottom and side is all singed. I use a gas stove and was cooking on med-high. I thought maybe it would scrub off, but the paint is all discolored now. This didn't happen to the stock pot that I used at the same temp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had these for many years now I only used plastic utensils. I am just enlightened to know they can go into the oven. None are loose or tearing down. I cook alot and have used these for many many meals. I hand wash or use dishwasher and they are still going strong. I have the red pair. I will be replacing due to want newer ones but worked great for the time needed. The utensils are flimsy though.
