In October 2015 we had our second microwave of this same model installed. First machine failed and required replacement under manufacturer warranty after 7 months of use. Our replacement microwave has now been used for less than 2 months and we already note an issue needing repair (vent fan), which we will call to schedule.

This microwave is very functional, it was installed in our house when we moved in and it's been working fine, but I personally would not have chosen it. It's very large, it has an extra rack that needs to be stored somewhere, and for day - to - day purposes I see no need to have such a large and multi-layered microwave. I'd prefer more storage space in my kitchen. Also, the spinning is a bit bumpy.

Cons: Bulky
