We use this for heating up leftovers, cooking pre-packaged meals and is great for cooking traditional breakfast. The exhaust fan has 6 speeds which is nice but the lower speeds are pretty loud. Preset times for softening/melting are not usually significantly long enough but it is easy to additional time.

We have been using the range for several months. It performs well as a microwave and the programming capabilities are adequate. This unit's height is close to the top of the range and consequently preparing food in pots is difficult due to interference. In addition the door is very wide and cumbersome. If you cook a lot, I do not recommend this unit. Jenn-Air is a good product though.
