Except for leaving hand/finger smudges on the black glass door, I'm quite happy with my new Jenn-Air Microwave. Smudges are hard to clean. You can wipe all day, smudging remains. Not good in describing things but I couldn't be more pleased with my purchased. If my wife was still alive I'm sure she'd be proud of the decision I made to purchase this Microwave. We installed our first JennAir in 1974 when we remodeled the kitchen after we bought this house. That microwave never gave us any trouble until it just recently died.

I use the microwave every night - at least once. It is much more powerful than my last microwave and gives even heat, especially for defrosting. I bought a Jenn-Air microwave, range with warming oven and dishwasher. All three are wonderful to work with and make cooking dinner a pleasure....and they look great as well - quite professional. I had a Jenn-Air range years ago and always wanted another.
