My husband and I purchased the microwave in Feb. of 2015. It's worked great so far. My husband was attracted to it's handle-less design. The only thing I don't like about it is the vent button. You have to go through all of the vent speeds to change it.

The only buttons that we typically use on this microwave are heat and defrost (along with the digits). Everything else is overkill especially the 6 fan speeds. Who uses 6 fan speeds and why would you use speed 4 vs. speed 5?

Love it, although it's a bit bigger than I desired it to be, and hangs a bit too low so that distance from range is a bit too close. I bought it because it was the best option as a hood than a separate hood.

We have had this microwave oven for about six months and we really enjoy it for several reasons. The controls are more intuitive than other microwaves we have had and thus it can be programmed very quickly either manually or using one of the automatic functions. It is easy to clean and is much more powerful (faster) than our previous oven. Also it makes great popcorn.
