[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase a new kitchen suite and designed my new kitchen around all JennAir appliances. It was my dream kitchen! Unfortunately, I got a kitchen full of lemons. I know it is not the norm, but 3 of the 4 items in the suite have been horrid. 2 of them had to finally be replace with the microwave being one of them. There is a design flaw in the exposed wires are easily crimped and broken inside the mechanism. Hopefully this one lasts more than 4 years! I hadn’t even dipped into my extended warranty! I can’t afford additional warranty now so praying this one lasts! I have noticed it is louder than my original microwave. I love JennAir and just pray the second time is a charm!

LOOKS LIKE IT WAS ALWAYS IN IT’S PRESENT LOCATION. WE KEEP LEARNING NEW FEATURES @ IT EVERY DAY. THE INSTALLERS DID A MAGNIFICENT JOB MAKING IT FIT PERFECTLY!!! WE ARE HAPPY, HAPPY!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pricey, I definitely paid more for this just because I like the way it looks. That said, it's also surprisingly quiet, both in operation and with gentle beeps that are somehow still loud enough to be heard wherever I need them. The stainless interior is huge and beautiful, and while I've never been one to use microwave settings, the soften/melt and sensor settings work like a charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave oven a couple of months ago to match the other appliances in the kitchen. I noticed this oven is an older model and it is not as powerful as other 1,000-watt microwaves I have experienced. Because of the overall quality of the construction of this oven I compensate for the lack of power by increasing the cooking time where necessary.
