[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A clean looking microwave not complicated by an exterior handle. The absence of an exterior handle means my thumb often touches the main face when opening the device and therefore and increased need to wipe prints from the surface.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Bulky

Best range I’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this range for a month and can’t be more happy with the purchase. Gas top works perfect and cleans up nicely. Oven has been right on temp and very spacious. Made a rib roast the other week that came out awesome which would have been a nightmare in our previous oven. Looks good too!

Mixed blessing, but does a good job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is superbly constructed. It has two serious flaws: poor instructions on how to operate it. The sequences required are not at all obvious and logical. This is compounded by their not being lit, making more difficult. They need to be lit. Trial and error is the was to learn it.. It performs very well, and is superbly built.

Lemon for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the microwave for the first time and the whole unit lost power after one second. Service is looking into it. Maybe it's a lemon. Once I figure out the problem, maybe it will be a great product.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second model. The first lasted almost five years. I purchased the second unit about a month ago but this time I got the extended warranty for five years. The first unit's door latch broke after about two and half years. We called the appliance dealer for someone to repair it. That repair lasted two years. We like the unit and we hope we have better luck with this one.

Over the top in things we don't use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too much fluff, kids meals etc. By the time you select so many options for something like kids meals, it is quicker to just put in a time and temperature.
Can't make popcorn; burns every time. It would be great to have a selection of a one touch for 2,3,4,5 minutes on power 10, as well as being able to do a 1 minute on 10 :). Our previous microwave had a 1 0r 2 minute one touch selection...so handy for a warm up or hot tea :)
Clock loses time and has to be reset frequently.
Very attractive in kitchen :)
