[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about it except for the halogen lamp that went out in only 5 months of installation. Also, wish these lights are brighter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] True convection in this microwave. I roasted a portion to perfection in 1 hour!! It was absolutely Delicious!!! Popcorn comes out great, no burning. Has a lot of power. Warm ups are a breeze

second time around works

The second works great.

Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used the microwave for several months now and are very happy with its performance. We like the stainless interior for easy cleaning, the variable vent speeds which can be quiet, the glass cover on the exterior bottom for a clean look and the large interior space. My only complaint is that the printed control labels are difficult to read without turning the kitchen lights on. They need to be backlit like the controls displayed when the menu button is selected.

Good features but terrible instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The single-sheet instructions are inadequate for a superior product that we went way, way out of our way to pay extra for. First potato in the convection oven turned into a petrified lump; during the cooking process, there is a count-down to cooking that isn't explained at all and begs for a simple youtube instructional video.
We love all of our Jenn-Air appliances and this new microwave/convection oven is a beauty, but PLEASE produce a simple video online, it won't cost much to do, and that way, customers and potential buyers would be ready to go in ready-to-succeed.
We had some sort of power issue on that first convection attempt that stopped it from working, shut down that circuit breaker and all's fine since. I make a LOT of popcorn in this; perfect. Potatoes are now perfect.
There was a period of waiting for getting one as backorders were bad; we usually used ABT and went to Grant, got it but had to get a team in to check if it could be hung in the same space as the last one (no problem).
LOVE the touch-controlled stuff on the door!
