There are so many things that need to be changed to make this a good product. Here are some: 1. The fan/vent comes on at speed 6, which means you need to press the button 7 times each time you want to turn it off. If you want to turn it on to a low speed you have to initially toggle it down by pressing the button 6 times. 2. The buttons are hard to push, they are not very sensitive to touch. 3. The vent is LOUD.....very loud!!!! 4. The vent does not work for the front burners on the range (I have a Jenn-Air range). Being as it so loud, it barely has any suctiona dn ios placed back pretty far so the front burners are too far away to pull the steam in. 5. The light.....is that really a light? It is so dull I can't even tell when I leave it on by accident in a dark kitchen. 6. The beeps.....too quiet and no way to adjust the volume. 7. Hopefully you love seeing fingerprints all over the display, because there is no way to avoid it, even with clean hands.
Cons: Noisy, Confusing Display

I was skeptical about cooking a pizza in the convection oven - how could it have a crisp crust when it was baked in a microwave oven? I can tell you it makes a simple frozen pizza turn out amazingly! It is also much more energy efficient to cook the pizza in a small microwave/convection oven.

I love that the handle is incorporated into the side of the microwave so the appearance is sleek. The control panel is intuitive and easy to use, the interior is large and easy to clean. And the microwave is QUIET. My previous microwave was so noisy in comparison. This Jenn-Air is a treat to use. I have not used the convection feature yet. In a few months I will have a much better ability to evaluate this appliance, but I don't have any complaints so far.

I absolutely love my new convection microwave! The design is beautiful - inside and out. I even love the "food is ready" music instead of a loud buzzer. Though we are still learning about its capabilities, there are simple things that make it amazing. It makes the best baked potatoes ever with the potato button, for example. I'm just so pleased with it.
