I knew I was going to want both convection and microwave capabilities in my new over the range appliance, but it was not until I actually used my Jenn-Air that I realized the side benefit of being able to bake in two ovens at the same time. Sure, it's a powerful microwave with the ability to brown via convection, but the convection feature can be used by itself. Turkey down below, rolls up above! Amazing, and much appreciated. You'll love it, too!
