I like the appearance of the microwave, and it functions well. I would like a little more ease of use, such as one button for beverage, etc. I do not like the loud exhaust fan. It is hard to have a conversation when the fan is on full speed.

We use the convection feature a lot more than I had expected. Easier to pop things in the micro vs. the oven (which is also convection). We have had a challenge with venting. Boiling water on the stove produces a lot of steam, and it isn't getting "sucked up" as much as I would expect. The front of the door is drenched. May need to investigate installation, but everything checked out ok in that department.
