I've only been using it a week so nothing negative. I love the looks of it! Has the 'industrial look' that we were going for. Doesn't seems to cycle very often which is a good thing!

I love my new refrigerator. It is really the best. The large drawer that pulls out can be used for wine and beverage bottles or large platters. I'm shocked at how much room there is. It's quiet to shut the doors. The water dispenser on the inside makes all the difference. The front is completely clean looking. The freezer is definitely a good size. The drawer for ice pulls out easily. I can't say enough good about it. It is also very quiet. It also makes ice quickly. Totally recommend.

Bought frig, had it less than one month and it has already quit. It was not replaced by a new one Jenn-Air has sent out parts and it is to be repaired. I am quite disappointed with it so far.

There were no instructions on how to install the wood panel overlay and my contractor had to figure it out for himself. Also, the wrong handles (flat fitting to door) came and it took about 8 weeks to get the correct handles with the slanted fitting to fit on the wood overlay.
