I bought this model a few months back. It works wonderful and looks great. However having to buy the counter depth it is a bit on the small side. That is not any fault of the refrigerator nor does it take away quality, but if you have a family this would not work.

I love the French Door design and wide interior space. It's easy to move shelves around to make room for large items as needed. And it is so much easier to find items with this design as opposed to side by side.

Once you go counter-depth you'll never go back

I love that this fridge is counter-depth. With a deep fridge, stuff was very easy (in our family) to get pushed to the back and forgotten. Out of sight, out of mind. With counter-depth, I can see the back of the fridge. Sturdy shelves, well-place and well-designed drawers. One thing I would improve is the interior water spigot. It's a two-hand operation, which is fine, but one-handed would be better. Great ice-maker in the freezer too.

We have had this refrigerator for about three weeks and it's perfectly fine. We had to get counter depth b/c that's what fit in the space. I miss my bigger refrigerator, but this will do Only design flaw, and it's a big flaw for our family, is the internal water dispenser. It's a two handed operation; you should be able to press the glass against it and get water (like a fountain soda machine).

We had the same basic model refrigerator that was 8 years old, and were very happy with it. But a control circuit board went bad, and replacement boards were no longer available due to the factory being destroyed in Japan's earthquake a few years ago. I work in the consumer electronics industry and know that many of the factories there made these replacement parts. So we had to get a new unit. And because we were very happy with it, and because it matched our other appliances (all are Jenn-Air) we replaced it with the same model. It fit the space perfectly, looks terrific, and has all the monitors and alarms on it that we need.
