My new Jennair frig

Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact, Quality Construction

Awful…Feels Cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a couple of months ago now and I can definitely say I’m dissatisfied. The crisper drawers rub against the drawer/shelf below it. I called to have it serviced. They replaced the shelf holding the crisper drawers with a new shelf…Same issue. There is nothing to give strength to the middle of the shelf holding the two crisper drawers so it constantly rubs. Also, the drawers are plastic on plastic on their rails so each time they open/close it shaves away little pieces of plastic each time. What an awful design. If I would have realized how poorly designed it was I never would have purchased along with the other Jenn Air products I did. Amazed that Jenn Air allowed such a obvious design flaw go into production at a premium price. Very disappointed of my purchase.
Cons: Flimsy Construction

Very Nice Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is replacing my 12 year old Kitchen Aid Refrigerator. It is exactly the same set up but smaller in size. My old one was 22 cu ft. This one is 20 cu. ft. I wish it was 22 cu ft. I miss the middle drawer in the freezer. Only has two shelves. My other one had three shelves. Price was good, too. Only went up a little from 12 years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was forced to buy a new refrigerator and I was extremely lucky to get one so quickly considering supply shortages because of Covid. The first one that was delivered had major problems and items in the freezer defrosted and items in refrigerator were freezing. Jennair was going to send a repair person but it would take 2 weeks to get to me. I called the business that sold it to me and they arranged to replace the entire unit within 2 days. Anytime Appliance Repair Service NJ LLC saved me a great deal of stress. They are wonderful. The new refrigerator works great.

Good Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have this about a month and am very pleased. Roomier than expected and has an excellent, sleek look. The temperature of freezer and fridge have not varied even a degree which was my major concern. Highly recommend.

Freezer keeps icing up

I thought that we accidently left the freezer open but that is not the case. It is continuously freezing up. Also the left door continuously has problems closing the flap. Calling Jenn-Air

Getting Concerned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago and still waiting for ice maker/water dispenser to be fixed. Love fridge and freezer and everything about it but it leaks water when supply is hooked up. Hopefully this next visit from the repair tech will fix it permanently........

Very disappointed in this item as well as others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but disappointment from the impossibly difficult filter to change in the frig, to the allegedly self-cleaning oven, to the dishwasher that really doesn’t dry the dishes.
