[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on a friend's recommendation, but her model was older. Very disappointed in the water dispenser. The old one, like my friend's, was much better. The new model requires both hands to dispense water. They never should've changed to this format, very inconvenient. I would return, if I could.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact
Cons: Hard To Use

Plastic parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not thrilled with the two smaller vegetable/fruit bins, they are a cheap plastic, they don’t glide at all, they stick and are a pain to use. The refrigerator is smaller then I realized due to purchasing online with out seeing it first.The ice maker is very loud also.
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezer issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer on this model creates constant frost and ice that builds up on the food, drawers and drawer slides. Every time I open the freezer draw I have to clean up drops of ice and water on the floor. The
quality is also very poor compared to past Jenn Air models that I have owner. It feels like a lower quality product with a Jenn Air sticker on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m slightly disappointed with this refrigerator from JennAir. It looks sleek and clean but the interior is very basic and has some design flaws. First the drawers and shelves are very flimsy plastic. Other high end appliances use metal finishes in the interior. The shelves also don’t run the full depth so items in your refrigerator can fall off the shelf in back. It’s also very limited in its interior reconfiguration.
The freezer is equally basic.
The exterior design is clean and the interior water feature is fast and well thought out.

Great but would change a couple things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item a month ago after having my 4 year old Bosch frig die. Crazy that previous frig was so crappy. I am hoping Jenn Air is more reliable. I wish there was a rim on glass drawers. Food fall off the back and side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new JennAir refrigerator. This is an upgrade from a 15-year-old side by side refrigerator. Everything is easy to reach thanks to the french doors and the bins for fruits and vegetables, deli goods, and meats.
