French door counter depth refrigerator

The french door layout is perfect for our needs. However, the veg/fruit drawers run roughly and fit loosely in their tracks. I have also noticed a loud hum -either from the ice maker or when cooling is accelerated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Temperature control problem

After finding our lettuce and cucumbers frozen we consulted the manual. It advised adjusting the temperature of the freezer and suggested a range of between between 38 and 40 for the fridge. Right now our freezer is set at 1 degree and our fridge is at 41. We installed an independent thermometer and have observed the interior fridge temperature to range between 32 and 38. No wonder the lettuce is freezing. Needless to say we will be calling for service. We've had this fridge for less than a month and the problem has always been there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

sleek look and well designed

I was not sure how the French doors would be, compared to one door. After using it for a while, we have put all the frequently used items in one door and less used ones in the other side. Also, freezer on the bottom works well as I am rather tall.

We have had it about 2 weeks and love it! The storage in the refrigerator is great! The freezer is not quite as spacious but with an extra deep freeze, we are fine with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features on frig

We have had it a week and are very happy with it. I like the water dispenser inside unit. Getting used to the freezer on bottom as I have had side by side for years. Very sleek and modern looks oking

french door frig!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to have purchased this french door frig as my last one was side by side.
Like the full size shelves but was a bit disappointed that there was not more room in the freezer drawer. My frig is making a strange noise coming from the air filter in the center of the inside and have been monitoring it and going to call service to have it checked out.

Food freezing in refrigerator compartment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice unit and we like the features. However, at the factory recommended temperature of 38 degrees F, things in the back of the refrigerator compartment and in the back of the drawers are freezing. We've gradually increased the temp 1 degree at a time over several days with little change. We're now at 45 degrees and will see. Not happy with this situation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Jenn-Air Counter-Depth, French Door Refrigerator to replace a similar (old) unit. We are so very pleased. It is very quiet. The interior lighting is excellent. The interior layout is flexible, easy to access. It is a pleasure to have in our kitchen!
