I don't know why I keep getting these requests to review my product. I had to get it because my last one broke. I had a terrible experience and I try to keep telling everyone that. I think you keep asking, hoping I will forget or have changed my mind? I haven't. It was awful.

We like to configuration of shelves and snack drawer. Freezer is a bit small even for two people. Doors have to check that they close after getting filtered water from left side.
Pros: Easy Access, Space For Tall Items, Holds Temperature Well, Attractive Design, Customizable Shelving, Quiet

Initially I had been looking at a different Jenn-Air model and then realized that it wasn't counter depth, so it wouldn't fit into my kitchen. Unfortunately after getting used to the idea of the bigger one, this one has been disappointing.
The fridge itself it nice. I enjoy having the french doors and it allows for larger items to be added easily. The water dispenser is a bit strange. I would have thought that I could dispense water holding the cup and hitting the button with one hand, but the button is too far from the spout. It feels like a bit of a design flaw. I also seem to have problems closing it completely, but thankfully there's an alarm to tell me to come back and push it more firmly.
While I like having the freezer on the bottom and having it as a drawer instead of a door, I hate the wire drawers in the freezer. Things fall through and it's difficult to get them out. The larger model I looked at had a pizza slider section and I was looking forward to that, but this model doesn't have it.
Overall, it was incredibly expensive and I don't love it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the space that is available with the bottom freezer. I also love having the ice maker in the bottom of the freezer and not being on the door for a cleaner look.

This is my 2nd Jenn-air Refrigerator so I do like the product but wish in the 10 years since I bought my 1st one they had figured out how to fix the doors. When you close the left door, the right door pops open slightly and stays ajar. You have to check both doors to be sure they are completely closed EVERYTIME you close the doors. My 1st refrigerator is still running strong in one of my rental properties.
