Does a great job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit looks great, the height of the downdraft vent and powerful suction does a great job in removing cooking smells. Unit is easy to install but is bulky and does take up about half the cabinet space under cook top. When the switch is pushed to raise or lower downdraft vent, it cannot be stooped until its fully raised/retracted. The switch can get stuck under the top stainless trim.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky

Clean low profile vent design

Great Downdraft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JenAiir downdraft is a little noisy but nothing to bad. My one concern is that the vent when extended up is wobbly as if it does not have enough support. Also the slider switch on the side for speed control could be improved since it does not have clear click points for each speed
