Don't buy one

I have owed my Electrolux dishwasher for 5 years. I think I have had it serviced almost every year I've owned it. I bought it because it was supposed to be one of the best, boy has that proved to be wrong.i would not recommend any Electrolux appliances. I also have the microwave and double oven. I have had the microwave serviced three times and I'm still having problems with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've had this for about five years and have given up on trying to get the settings where we want them. Now the heating element has gone out and we're trying to get it fixed, but that's taking six weeks and we don't know if its going to get fixed and if it will work after we do?!?! We are washing our dishes by hand at this time!!! Tim Watson

It's quiet because it's doing nothing

My expensive dishwasher is doing what it always done. It is a pretty drying rack. But at least 3 weeks ago it used to rinse too. I had one repair done 2 years ago to replace a pump. Now the drain light came on. My repairman thinks it needs a new board. So is it worth repairing?

Waste of Money

We purchased this expensive “top of the line” dishwasher only a five years ago, and we are finally done with it. There have been at least 5 repairs in the last 2 years and our frustration has reached a tipping point. The racks are flimsy, they fold down with every plate you put in and the top rack barely holds glasses. Dishes have never come out clean (even after rinsing in the sink). Save your money, save your stress – this dishwasher was poorly made and grossly overpriced.

Great features not a great product

I bought this dishwasher several years ago. Never cleans well! It has been serviced multiple times with very little improvement. Top rack dishes are never clean. I always have to rinser rewash. There seems to be residue leftover after running. I also have to use extra hot water and high pressure. I ends up running for 90 minutes. I wish I had returned it!

Installed this dishwasher as a replacement, so far we're very impress with the performance and features. My wife used to complain about the old dishwasher now she loves to do the dishes.

Best Dishwasher On The Planet

We replaced another dishwasher of different manufacture because it was not performing. We chose the Electrolux because of its reviews and being a cosmetic twin to our Electrolux Wine Fridge which is another superb product. The Electrolux dishwasher was the most expensive of the ones we looked at but the reason became highly obvious. This is a very serious piece of kitchen technology. It cleans dishes, all the dishes, all the time, and I mean spotlessly clean. The Wave Touch controls are superb and you can choose from a huge range of cleaning options. The interior is massive and the top rack is so adjustable you can wash any size pot you have. The lower racks fold flat for another big range of options. The side cutlery and specialty holders are easily added, removed, or moved around. This machine chimes and shines a blue light on the floor when it is done because you cannot hear this thing running. It is absolutely dead quiet. Until you have experienced a product like this you just have no idea what you are missing.

Outstanding Cleaning and Very Quiet

Did we turn it on? Is it actually running? Those are the questions you'll be asking yourself with this truly outstanding and very quiet dishwasher. It is one appliance that we purchased over the last 30 years that has truly exceeded our expectations. The well designed interior offers many dish-arranging options combined with a broad array of operating and cleaning cycles. The Wave touch feature is easy to operate and makes no controls visible when the door is closed. That's a great aesthetic option which makes this stainless steel dishwasher a handsome and impressive addition to any kitchen. When shopping around, you will soon discover, as I did, that this Electrolux is the best value and well worth the price.
