[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 7 years ago after great research. I am disappointed in reliability have had to have it serviced 4times and I keep it very clean and in top shape and below average use. This Model was a 3000.00 machine I would expect better service.

I am not very happy had this very expensive machine go out and need 3 major components including main control board that is discontinued. Finally able to get one from another country. LG needs to improve service and parts availability. When working machine great!
