It worked real good for a bout two years then lights started flashing, The tub seal started leaking found out the Transmission was part of the Seal. After the Transmission with the Seal was replaced the Lid Lock and the Lid Switch was replaced and still have flashing lights. Was able to just press the Start and the Washer would run fine. Now I have found if I unplug the unit for 15 minutes it would work fine for 2 to 3 Washer Loads and the problem would start all over again. Never had any problem with the Dryer. I would like to be able to keep this Unit it is perfect for my Family.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used this model in our corporate apartments which only are rented 4-6 months out of the year, within 3 years of owning them we've had to replace multiple parts. Not worth the headaches to repair this machine anymore!

Great for 5 years

I agree with the other reviewers. Great when it worked. Sounds like it was built to last 5 years. Disappointing given that I chose the more expensive brand of the two we were considering. The drum no longer spins. The motor I can hear still works, but the drum no longer turns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but load

It's a great combo but way too loud. Ours is next to our family room and it's hard to hear thr TV sometimes
