Great appliance except there was a small dent when delivery guys picked up from warehouse.

Misleading Description

I purchased this model because the description states that the washer has a stainless steel drum. Upon delivery I found that this is not totally true. The sides of the drum are stainless, however, the bottom of the drum is plastic. This does not affect the operation of the machine, it's just a little misleading. Also, there was a crack in this plastic piece, so we had to wait for a new one to arrive. If the drum were fully stainless this would not have happened. Otherwise the machine works well. It is a little loud, but we have got used to that.

Needed washer and dryer in one unit due to new construction on house. This unit has excellent capacity in washer and dryer. It is a louder than separate washer and dryer I had before but not a deal breaker. Have washed and dried about 20 loads and am satisfied. It fits our new space perfectly.

After a lot of research, I chose this model and am so happy that I did!
The large stainless drum holds a huge load of laundry. The variety of settings are helpful & accurate. The quality of clothes coming out f the wash is great!

Great Stackable W/D

We bought this for my mother who is 83, because we wanted to install a W/D on the 1st floor of her home. She loves it! Washer capacity is great (this is something I was concerned about because she is used to a very large capacity washer). Her only complaint is that neither the washer or dryer has a buzzer once the cycle is complete.
