Tons of space! And do nice sized loads for a stackable washer/dryer. Will need to empty lint catcher every use but it's easy enough.

I've only had my wash/dry 3 days but I have washed my clothes, sheets, towels, comforters, doggie blankets, etc. I have tried all the settings and water temps. and they all work great. It washes and dry's excellent. very quiet.

Purchased for rental property

Purchased in August, went down to our condo in October, dryer was making a loud noise during spin cycle even with out clothes in it. Service man said he was waiting on part. Have renters in it for month of February, said dryer was not working, again waiting on part. Any idea what it could be?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We downsized....

We had a full size washer and dryer previously. We have downsized our family, but, not our home, so the capacity of this unit with attached dryer to the washer has more than met our needs. I have done 3 loads of laundry, so far. The controls are easy to understand and use. The space that was freed up by having this washer and dryer to be a "stackable" rather than side-by-side, has allowed us to use that space for a spare older refrigerator. The regular size "stackables", now popular, did not have controls that I could operate and the depth of the dryer on top was beyond my reach. This GE unit is perfect on both accounts.

Bought as a replacement after remodeling laundry room, we added a utility sink necessitating a stacked washer and dryer. Wife preferred a single unit over the ones you can stack.
