Nice unit.

I bought this stack washer/dryer unit this month, December 2014. So far, all seems to be working in good order. I was told it is a little noisier than the GE Stack Unit it replaced. All my past purchase experiences of GE Appliances have turned out to be satisfactory, so, I tend to buy GE products. The delivery folks showed up much later than expected, but, after they arrived, they did a better than great job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Far....No Problems

I just started using it today (01/03/15) and it appears to be working well..........no noises, stains on laundry, or other complaints I read about. I purchased a GE product because they have their own repair crew, unlike other models where I was not able to hire anyone who was willing to come out to repair my previous washer/dryer. The unitized washer/dryer is so easy to use (no bending, stretching) as all the controls/door heights are easily accessible.

Nice stacked set

We purchased this for our condo, so we're able to maximize the floor space in the laundry are. Did our research and decided on this one. Does a great job, not too noisy and has a larger capacity than others. Happy with our choice!

I bought this product 9-14-14 and I was very pleased at the performance and capacity of the tubs. Now 4 months later my dryer quit heating. Repair is on the way and I have been assured if it is unfixable that I will get a new one. That is great, I just hope this is not a sign that I will have more trouble with it later on. I could have just got the one in a million that was not properly put together and I hope that is the case because I really do like it. I live in a mobil home and it is a real space saver and the type of set I have wanted since I moved in here. I will update after it gets fixed or replaced.

Very compact great Combo

This is the second unit I have bought. First one lasted 13 years with using it 3 to 5 times a day. After using the new one once I love the new model and features. If you have a small area this unit is for you.

Great Product

This product has only been installed for 4 loads, but has out performed my wife and I's expectations. It washes and dries faster and better than our old models. Much to my surprise the dryer is usually done at the same time as the washer. There is no need to wait for the dryer to finish a load. Like other GE products I have bought the manual has typos and is poorly written. Also there is a sticker on the back referring to wiring that does not apply to the machine at all. While those things anger me as a consumer, I have never had a reason to complain about the actual GE products. I am simply a great believer in America and find it sad when a company whose primary language is English ships out anything that does not express quality.
Example: Pg. 13 "Pump pleaves a little water."
I don't think "pleaves" is even a word. A spell checker would have noticed it.
