The loudest Washer and Dryer I've ever used

The washer is the loudest machine I've ever used. Difficult to use at all times of the day. The dryer doesn't have a sensor to turn off when the clothes are dry. My clothes could be dry after 10 minutes and it'll keep running for the entire cycle. It uses too much energy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washer makes really weird noises

Although it oscillates like I've never heard, it does seem to clean and dry our clothes just fine. But it makes STRANGE noises, every time.

Overall, I like the product, however, I would have appreciated it much better if the dryer had a buzzer to let me know when it was finished, so that clothes do not get wrinkled. I have to judge my own timing.

Functions well now and good size for the space

Great for a 2nd home, which is why we bought this. Had issues at first but turned out to be a problem with a clogged water line coming into the washer that affected the spin cycle and shut it down when starting the rinse & spin. 2nd repair person finally found the problem, cleaned out the line and it's run fine ever since. Wish there was a better way to determine if there is an issue with the water line - definitely took time to solve...

WONDERFUL FEATURES!

It is very QUIET which is a plus as it is just outside my bedroom door; some great features particular the PerFecTemp plus COLD as the water entering my condo is very cold in the winter months. The large size tub accomodates even queen size comforter and heavy blankets. Different wash cycles make it easier to wash different loads of clothes. Another plus is being able to run the washer and dryer at the same time. I thank my wonderfuldaughter-in-law for having researched this product thoroughly before recommending it to me and then presenting this as a beautiful birthday gift for my 75th Bday.
