Have only had this machine a couple months but it is working well for us.
Do wish it had a buzzer on the dryer so you knew when to change out the loads.

Replacement for older unit that died.

I bought this unit for use at our cottage. It fits perfectly in the space. It is very energy efficient as our electric bill remained low even though we had used it several times during our stay. Cleans and dries clothing, rugs and bedding exceedingly well, and it is easy to operate.

Don't Waste Your Money

This was delivered on Aug. 9. The technician has been out twice since then (today is Oct. 8) So far two sensors and the washer motor have been replaced. Dryer is great. Given the high price and hassle of this experience, I would say do your homework before buying this particular unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The washer broke after 4 months of ownership. It needed major repairs and still is very loud and doesn't clean clothes effectively.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love everything about this washer/dryer set

Needed to bring my laundry station up to the main level, as going up and down the stairs was getting more difficult for me. I had room for a side by side washer & dryer, but decided to go with this instead and very happy I did. Makes doing laundry not a choir any more. Amazingly, this holds my king size down comforter, which I thought it wouldn't. Fairly quiet and sure makes things easy for me. Have owned now for four months and am very happy!
