I replaced a GE stackable that served me well for 12 years. This newer model has more features and is more efficient. I'm also impressed with how quiet it is during operation.

Has the capacity of an extra large capacity but takes very little space, very happy with it, just very loud on the spin cycle, can't wash after baby goes to bed.

Have had in service for past month, and no complaints so far....Seems to do a nice job on both wash and dry...Particularly like the optimum dry feature....Wish it had a warm rinse cycle, but very few do, and no combos do.....

Great with one manufacturing defect

We purchased this unit to replace an older unit. We like the extra capacity and reasonably quiet operation and are totally satisfied except for the inconvenience of a needed service call the very first week to fix a manufacturing defect. The defect concerned a felt buffer around the dryer drum that came off right away requiring the entire drum assembly to be replaced (under warranty of course).
