OK but not great

I bought this washer about 3 months back it's an OK washer, does not clean clothes as good as our old washer. When the washer is spinning it has an whinnng high pitch sound, also when I stop the washer and then start the washer back up it agitates fast for about 20 seconds and then it slows down to what I think is it's normal speed. I believe if it washed with a faster speed it clean clothes better and be a better washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought that I was buying a standard washer. Then I found out that it was "extra quiet " and barely moves . I don't think it gets my clothes clean. There is hardly any suds and the wash cycle is short
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been without a washer for close to six months so I am extremely happy to have one again. This is a great washer with the capacity to wash extra large loads. It is a lot noisier than my last washer. That is the only criticism I have.

My washing machine broke the first day I had it. The agitator completely came out of the machine. I will never buy another GE product again. Very disappointed in the quality.

This basic washer has exceeded our expectations. It is quiet, reliable and a solid performer. It cleans well without all the useless bells and whistles.
