Horrible!!

This washer does not clean! Doesn't add enough water to get clothes clean... See pic below. This is 4 pair of jeans and 1 pair of khakis. To get the clothes "wet" I have to soak each cycle! What it saves on our water bill, it cost us a ton in electricity... We have to add 30 minutes to each cycle, in hopes it may get clothes clean. Clothes come out dirty...I wouldn't even resale or even give it to anyone. U CANNOT adjust water levels. So disappointed!

This product does not clean!!!! My clothes are filthy when they come out. sometimes I have to wash much smaller loads to get something clean. Not enough water to cover so most clothes are not in the water to get clean. So much for enrgy savings when you have to use smaller loads and more loads.

Poor track record

Machine worked well for less than three years. Now sporadically starts. Often will run one load and then not start for hours.

4 Year Failure of Main Bearing

Purchased in 2014 it is now 2018 and the main drum Bearing has failed making a terrible grinding noise when the drum is agitating. Just disturbing that the Engineers spend all the money on worthless electronics that no one uses instead of mechanical parts that everyone wants so their unit will last 15+ years like the old units.

Doesn't clean at all

I have been attempting to use this washer for 6 months now. Even on the Heavy Duty (Heavy Soil) cycle with a 30 minute soak and an extra rinse, my laundry comes out no cleaner than when it went in. I have resorted to washing items by hand in my tub. I would never recommend a top loader without an agitator. I'm hoping that GE has a satisfaction guarantee so that I can trade this in for another model.

great purchase

used the machine the first day we bought the unit with ease. When clothes came out of unit they were almost in a dry state due to the small but efficient water usage. Would highly recommend this product

Bad experience with load cycles

We purchased this washing machine on November 21st, as a gift for Thanksgiving. There is not enough water to rinse the clothes and it has damaged all fabrics.
