I was hesitant at first of buying because of all the negative comments about all of these types of machines. The biggest problem that I read was that you sometimes had to rewash things. I went ahead and took a chance and was glad I did! It exceeded my expectations. Its all in how you load the machine. I did find that its always best to use the extra rinse cycle, and use the right type of detergent Great product, great company!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clean and dried out clothes

I have used this washer for over a month and I am very pleased with its performance overall. It is very easy to use (stack your clothes around the sides of the drum--like the people on the amusement park ride Gravitron!) and add detergent to the bottom, select the cycle, and go!

EASY and SIMPLE

Great product, loving that no agitator, less water used and drying time without damage to clothes. Also, using less detergent and large load basket. Simple and useful settings and not too computerized (which we wanted to avoid).

I just had this washer installed and I love it!! The washer basket is so large I can get all my laundry done in half the time. And loving the top loading feature again, saving my back.

ITS ALRIGHT .. NOT GREAT

I have this machine for almost a year and something's I wish it had are .. a clear lid , I just like to be able to see what's going on . A place to put the laundry detergent , I do not like putting it in the bottom of the tub then laying my clothing right on top of the detergent. My mom always told me start filling my washer then add soap to the water then clothes . Because it will mark them. The cycles are VERY long, Just not 100% satisfied
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the capacity of the washer. The wash time is a little long for me... but.. I get alot done while it is cleaning... It is much better than a wash board and rocks next to the creek. lol

GE Washer with largest drum I have ever seen.

I needed a new washer so I went to my local store and looked for the washer with the largest drum. I was impressed by the large size of the drum, and the fact that it is made entirely here in the USA. I had the washer installed on June 21, 2014. It took a while for me to get used to it because it does not have the center spinner. But once I realized how it works - I am now glad I purchased the washer. It seems to take a long time to do the wash by about an extra half hour, so I figured a way around this is to use the Speedwash Cycle for most of my clothes that are not really heavily soiled anyway. My permanent cycle clothes I use the Delicates Cycle - this has solved my problem. The more I use this washer - the more I like it.
