I bought this after researching the product. Unfortunately it has not performed well. It vibrates and becomes off balance frequently, the vibrations during the wash and spin cycle shake / rattles the upstairs and down stairs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like everything about this washer expect it seems to vibrate extremely when spinning and it is leveled. i would like to know how to correct this.

We Bouvet this washer a couple of months ago. It is quiet, has several features including energy efficient settings. The only negative is the inability to increase the alarm volume when the cycle end

I bought this washer more than 1 year ago, with its duet Gas dryer. Product is awesome, huge capacity, very good options to select from. I liked the product very much and we use it almost every other day.

Do Not Waste Your Money!!

Have had this washing machine for less than 2 years and had to call someone to come service it for the 5th time!!! Stuck in sensing mode now and won't drain! Worst washing machine EVER!! Why can companies not make appliances to last?!!?? I'm done with GE!

I was hesitant to make such a change, but I love the new he washer. I am glad I read the reviews. some reviews found fault with this new product. i would say, carefully read the owners manual. you have so many options and I am sure it will save energy. I used cold water wash and they came very clean. just be sure not to use too much detergent. hey it is made in the USA.

No agitator not enough water to clean clothes. i go to the gym and u can clearly tell that it dosent wash as good as it looks
