had high expectations, but unhappy with whites

I like the variety of settings and have figured out better ratios for soaps and soaking times to make this machine do its best work for our family. The quick wash and quick rinse have saved a ton of water for lightly soiled clothes that need frequent laundering like swim trunks or desk job work attire.
Even trying other soaps or products and even following some helpful hints by customer service, it does not perform as well as standard machines on grungy yard work clothes or whites, which are the only loads of critical importance to my husband.
Bottom line, I have learned how to adapt to this machine to get basic performance so that I will get satisfactory results. Marketed at the higher end of the product line, I think a machine like this should do more without requiring trial and error discoveries on the customers part. I would not recommend it at large because of its difficulty with certain loads. If you don't go through a lot of whites or have heavily soiled work, yard, sport, or garden clothes you may do fine with this machine.

Spacious and smooth.

I bought this washer a couple weeks ago, and it is wonderful to have such a big basket for washing comforters or any size load so easily. The noise it makes during high spin was from the side panel vibrating, so I just stuffed a pillow down the side against the wall and this is a nice, quiet washing machine! I am eager to see how durable this appliance is over the long term.

was never a fan of he washer, always thought they did not clean as well as regular washers, boy was I wrong, with 6 people living in my home it saves water and soap and rings the clothes out to almost a dry feeling. it also saves on drying time to.
