GE backed up the warranty on my Washing Mashine.

I purchased a GTWN7450 a couple of months ago and the thing always was out of balance. The local company from which I purchased the machine did everything possible to fix it. I called GE and within a short time the very professional and efficient customer service department had me scheduled for delivery of a new machine of my choice. My wife really likes the features of the machine we purchased so I requested a replacement of that machine. It was promptly delivered and installed by GE at their expense. The new machine is great! It doesn't bounce and vibrate like the rear tire of an 18 wheeler. It is as smooth as any washer on today's market. We really appreciate how GE honored their warranty and was concerned about my satisfaction. This has been a wonderful and positive experience. I will purchase another GE product without a doubt. The customer service aspect of a company is as important to me as the actual product. Both are excellent with GE.

Easy, Efficient, Works Great

Our washer was 10 years old. We shopped for a while to find the right machine. Five kids at home, we do a ton of laundry. We love the features, easy directions and does a great job on the clothes.

Much better than a front loader

It is amazing how much more clean feeling our clothes are now. We have had "he" front loaders for the last 7 years and finally decided to try out this one. What a difference.

huge and easy to use

Really happy with it! During the install the guy used the "usual" hoses and it sprayed water all over the place when they came disconnected from the washer- he used some other hoses with different threading and it works great! Still haven't read the manual and figured it out right away- yahoo!! Really wish I would have upgrade my dryer at the same time- not sure the old girl can keep up with the larger loads.
