Love the big tub - but clothes not always clean

I really like the GE brand, but I find that my clothes still come out not clean sometimes in this big washer. I think the sensor doesn't put enough water and I am not sure where to put the detergent (not really clear on directions and no labeled spot to do it. I have started putting heavy soil/extra rinse/soak on every single load.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I have only had the washer for about one week. However, I have been catching up on washing bedding, including comforters, and this washer is fantastic for big bulky items. So far, I have absolutely no complaints!

So far after a week ok using this design I am liking it. I can get all my laundry don on the weekend, and I dont have any carry over during the rest of the eeek. Clothes apear and smell clean.

Works well on our clothes. Water and eldctric bill went down since this replaced a 20year old washer. No complaints. Just hope I get 10-15 years out of it
