I have been using my new machine for less than a week now and so far, I am very happy with it. I like the options for the different types of clothing. I especially like the comforter option. The main change from my smaller, older model is how deep the basket is, the machine eats up large loads. I am short so I find I have to stoop over more to arrange the clothes in the basket. Of course, the water level is the drastic change from older models. I cannot control the water level and it is minimal but my clothes are coming out fine and have much quicker dry time now. I can control other settings such length of agitation, water temperature, and spin level. Overall, it is a very solidly built machine and I am satisfied.

It was time to get a new one for us, the price was attractive for the GE model. We came to find out that it's more water efficient that we thought. Save water, save time with bigger loads. Would recommend it. I'm rating 4/5 due to lack of knowledge of other brands to compare with.

Everything has gone well, however the machine vibrates more than it should when washing a large load, such as towels or a couple of blankets once it gets to the rinse/spin cycle. THis is something I will watch over the next few weeks before calling customer service.
