We purchased this washer along with the matching dryer and the first one we received was a dud. Wouldn't finish a cycle, would pause any time it was supposed to agitate and just didn't work. We got a replacement within the week and the new one has worked great so far. The capacity is wonderful. I've got 4 kids and its saving us on how many loads we have to do per week. So far everything is coming out clean. Love how much water is wrung out of the clothes before you get them in the dryer. Really shortens dry time.

Had the machine for a week. Works super!! This is my first 'HE' machine, so I'm still getting used to the longer washing times-but not a big deal.

it is quiet, big enough to do the big jobs like blankets and quilts, and I really like not having to guess at how much water use, you set what it is and it figures it all out, it's like a "smart"washer!!

This is a very quiet machine. As an added feature this is the first washer that does not jump around...it keeps the load balanced.

Best Washer I ever owed. Love the sensor water saving feature. clothes come out very clean. Very quiet. love the chimes .. This machine is huge and can fit large bulky king size quilts with no problems. Actually can wash a double load compared to my old front loader.. The different wash cycles ( whites, darks, delicate, towels & sheets) are great feature. Excellent Machine. Great Price

Bought this today and put it to work once installed. Was very quite and did a great job on the clothes. Was able to do a very large load all at once. Great washer with a great price.

My previous washer was only 4 1/2 years old. It was a well known brand, but the clothes came out twisted together at the end of any cycle that I used.
