If I had realized this washer "controlled" the water levels I would never have bought it. The cloths never get clean enough because there isn't enough water. We have to "adjust" almost every load because it becomes unbalanced when spinning. The soap never gets throughly rinsed out, because the machine will take a towel or sheet & stretch it over the top of everything in the load. It is no wonder this machine is not manufactured anymore.

I bought this washer 2years ago the problems started immediately. We have to reset the washer about every other week and it is not 2 minutes, more like 2 days. We have had technicians out with their computers and the re-set but only lasts for a short time. Even though we have a warranty we are in search of

Purchased this over a year ago and since then the entire unit was replaced, then the mother board twice, the drum once and the cupler once. Does not get articles clean, had to wash mulitple items 2-3 times to get clean. Many times there are areas of the clothing that is bone dry, still has an oder to it and was not completely washed. Would not recommend. Miss my agitator type washer.

Recurrently Pauses during washing

Multiple pauses during washing cycle. My new washer have great energy saving but have a lot pauses and sometimes do not works and stop

I have been using the product for over one year and it is amazing. The features that determine the wash parameters from the user provided input on type of load are excellent. They provide accurate details to always ensure an effective washing of the load.
